Predator Pool Cues and Billiards Equipment

Predator pool cues combine modern engineering with designs made for accurate and consistent play. The company develops equipment for serious league players, tournament competitors and world champions. However, its catalog also includes approachable choices for players who want to upgrade their first cue.

Predator began developing low-deflection shaft technology during the early 1990s. In 1994, the company introduced the original 314 shaft. Since then, the brand has expanded into carbon-fiber shafts, playing cues, break cues, jump cues, cases, tables and accessories.

Key Features of Predator Billiards Products

Predator’s current product range includes:

  • Playing cues in several designs, finishes and price ranges
  • REVO carbon-fiber shafts designed to reduce cue-ball deflection
  • 314 and Z wood shafts with low-front-mass construction
  • BK Rush break cues built for power and controlled energy transfer
  • Air Rush jump cues developed for accurate jump shots
  • Uni-Loc and Radial joint options on compatible cues and shafts
  • Cue cases for protecting playing, break and jump equipment
  • Extensions and joint protectors for completing a cue setup
  • Apex pool tables and billiard balls for full playing environments
  • Gloves, chalk, tools and accessories for regular play and maintenance

Exact features vary by product. Therefore, players should compare the specifications of each cue or shaft before making a selection.

Predator Shaft Technology

The REVO line uses layered carbon-fiber composite construction. As a result, these shafts resist dents and dings better than traditional wood. Their low-deflection design also helps reduce the amount of aim adjustment needed when applying sidespin.

Players who prefer the sound and feedback of wood can consider Predator’s spliced-maple shafts. The 314 line provides a balanced option for many playing styles. Meanwhile, the narrower Z shaft supports players who prefer a smaller tip diameter and a more precise sight line.

Playing, Breaking and Jumping

A playing cue focuses on control, spin and position. In contrast, the BK Rush line uses firmer construction to transfer more energy during the break. The Air Rush gives players a separate tool for controlled jump shots.

Using different cues for each task can also protect the playing cue from repeated high-impact shots. Consequently, many competitive players carry a playing cue, break cue and jump cue in the same case.

Predator Warranty Coverage

Predator provides a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on eligible non-custom cues, shafts and extensions. The original purchaser must buy the product from Predator or an authorized dealer.

However, the warranty excludes normal wear, abuse, poor maintenance and damage from extreme heat or humidity. It also excludes replaceable parts such as tips, ferrules, finishes, wraps and bumpers. REVO shafts include limited lifetime coverage against warpage, while Predator excludes warpage from its wood-shaft coverage.

Whether you want a carbon-fiber shaft or a complete tournament setup, Predator pool cues offer several performance-focused options. Browse our Predator products to find cues, shafts and accessories that match your stroke and playing goals.
