Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Black Dog Darts & Billiards as your supplier of darts and billiards supplies. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, please note that we have implemented the following refund policy:

  1. Product Inspection: We strongly encourage you to inspect your purchased items upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damages, or inaccuracies with your order, please contact our customer support team within 1 day of receiving the products. We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacements or exchanges.
  2. Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. The items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please note that certain things, such as opened packages of darts or billiards accessories, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. Customized or personalized items are also non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  3. Return Procedure: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team and provide the necessary details, including your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with any required instructions, such as obtaining a return authorization or shipping label. Please ensure you adequately package the returned items to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Refund Options: For eligible returns, we offer two options:
  • Store Credit: You may receive store credit for the returned item(s). You can use the Store credit for future purchases on our website or at our physical store.
  • Product Replacement: If the item(s) are defective or damaged, we will gladly replace them with the same or a similar product. If the requested replacement is out of stock, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative or provide a refund.
  1. Non-refundable Items: Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
  • Used or damaged items due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Items without their original packaging or missing parts.
  • Customized or personalized items, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
  • Clearance, discount, or sale items unless they are defective.
  1. Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the items.
  2. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  3. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
  4. Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Customers may only cancel orders that have yet to ship. Once an order is shipped, the return policy mentioned above will apply.

We strive to process refunds, replacements, or exchanges promptly once we receive the returned items. However, depending on your payment method and financial institution, the refunded amount may take a few business days to appear in your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you still need a refund, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to post to your card.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund posts to your credit card.

Please contact us if you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same thing, contact us and send your item to 3412 Lynbrook Dr., Plano, TX 75075.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Suppose the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later. In that case, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if returning more expensive items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
